An Arrow Home is one where standard construction materials (wood, studs, headers, etc.) are assembled in-doors at our facility, using specialized assembly jigs to make the core components of your new home. Wall sections, stairways, rafters, and trusses are examples of core components. These components are then loaded into trucks, delivered to the site, and put into place.


For most of our customers, Arrow Homes offers a complete turn key approach to home construction. We provide the full range of construction services, from the initial design stage to the finish work, and everything in between. If, however, you have selected a builder, we can work with them to provide all of the components and finish materials to complete the job. Arrow also has packages for the do-it-yourselfer, where we bring the components, and you assemble them at the site. Just about any approach is possible.... don't hesitate to ask!



Arrow Homes has literally hundreds of floor plans to choose from. That's why we have created a separate Plan Book. When you visit our showroom you can look through this book thoroughly. Most likely you will find just the right floor plan for your needs. But don't let your imagination stop there. Take a pencil and paper and sketch out your own floor plan. Our designers can take your ideas and turn them into your truly unique home!



Today's Technology Put To Work

Once you have decided on a floor plan or combination of floor plans, our technical designer will enter the information into our CAD (computer aided design) station and develop the working blue prints for your home.

From these plans, your new home will become a reality!
